New V-Strom owner
Had the Itch for a Adventure Dual-sport type bike.. Suzuki has a 0% interest for 5-years deal going.. And they are trying to clear out the 2011 stock to make way for the 2012, so some pretty good deals going on... We bit and it followed us home. Coming from a 1300cc 4-cyl 750lb bike to a 645cc- 2cyl - 450lb bike that is Fuel Injected it feels really twitchy at times. But after driving it a while and then getting back on my beast I feel like I am riding a pig. It is funny, I get on the V-strom forums and they talk about how terribly top heavy it is... PUHLEESE, I feel like there is hardly any weight there at all now. (My regular ride is one of these btw: http://images.canadianlisted.com/nlarge/1986-yamaha-venture-xvz-1300_5159386.jpg )

Wife likes it also so far, she feels more confident on it than her cruiser.

Nice. Yeah they are a lot more nimble than a cruiser.
