2012 BOTM.

wow! what a sh*t storm!

Champs: I really enjoyed that and it was my first intro to the group. hey! I lost....the wife won with her bike....and she has given me crap about it ever since. No sweat though....she will always find something to give me crap over...it is in her DNA! I never gave any thought to the judging as that is one of the toughest things to do and much thanks to those that volunteered for that non-appreciated job. Any anyone else involved in setting that event up and running it....much thanks and appreciation for a very hard job. been there...done that!

I always wished more people would have shown up for rides and events. but that is how it goes.....no big deal....I ride whether in a group or alone or as is most often the case...with the wife! If anyone else ever joins the ride...just icing on the cake.

Lookin like BOTM is a non-starter for now. No sweat...spring and summer are around the corner and maybe we can all get together and do some more riding.

i think we need a get together soon of at least "the same old regulars" if for no other reason than to finish off that jar of cherries Dragon has stashed away!

Last thing.....I have no problem with riding just about anytime...and really have no issue with drinkin beer and Bull sh*tting!!

I like beachbums idea. Even if we just put one pic a week of one members bike. Then others would see a different bike once a week that's different. It does not matter what your bike looks like, just that it is a real members bike. If you are true bike lover, any bike should be eye candy to you.

Good golly miss Molly, seems either way feelings are going to get hurt. It's no big deal to me, I do like seeing the bikes though. Maybe offer money.

I just like seeing the bikes that people ride, mod, build or just about any combination of the three.

I think enough members have expressed to drop the BOTM and just add member bikes they are riding in some gallery or something.

I agree. I will get with phantom and see what we can come up with.

Dang.... been off here for a few days and all these post. Winter riding blues are kicking hard. We've been renovating the house and had to unhook the internet for a little while to do a few things, so sorry for chiming in so late. Anyway, for me, the BOTM thing kind of got old. I was running out of time and wasn't hitting the site enough to keep it going during the holidays. Moving, baby, renovation, work, just been slammed. Things are finally starting to settle a little, so I'll jump back on getting the website tweaked with some new things soon.

Bike of the quarter may be more worthwhile until more members come in.

Just put up a pic of your bike,bikes or your favorite bike, the bike of your dreams. Then you have something to discuss. It's all about bikes and riding. Sorry, I lurk too much, but i'm 3hrs away. Hard to get envolved. Keep up the good work with the forum. Keep it real. If you have a BOTM contest everyone can't win so somebody gonna get pissed. Everybody a good winner,but few know how to loose.
