Wish I seen this earlier. I would have looked you up.

Jus got back here ..

Rode down to the shop , looked around for fifteen minits and came back .. Got there abt 1245 and left abt 110 or so ..

Great ride .. 375 miles .. 45 mpg avg ..

Sweet looking used yeller Roadie outside and a sweet '09 SE Roadie inside ..

Like most Harley dealers I have seen , no one even knew I was there .. Never even look up when you walk in ..

Used ta go to Mobile five days a week for about six years , bout got lost pulling up to the lite at Airport off the Interstate .. Changed a lot since way back when ..

So 'weed , I got off at Airport and went down by the mall and turned on Bel Air ( I think ) , then Executive and come in from the backside , Couldn't I have gone on down to Guvmint and been a bit easier than all the mall traffic ??

I be back that away sooner or later ..

Easier to go down the beltline to cottage hill. Mobile bay HD is right there.

I always get great greetings from Eastern Shore. Only been to Mobile Bay once, don't remember if I got greeted or not.

I've been treated with courtesy and good salemanship the few times I've been to the Harley dealership in Pensacola--whether looking for a doo rag or to drool on new paint. I was stunned the first time I went to their new dealership--they could give lessons to the best car dealerships about showroom display and creating a "stay with us and look to your heart's content" atmosphere.

Conversely, I'll be dipped in bovine fodder byproduct and rolled in breadcrumbs before I walk through the doors of the Honda dealership here again, and I ride a Valkyrie (for the time being).

I ran into the guy who owns the Harley shop in Pcola in Oct 2010 at Barbers in Birmingham .. He didnt remember me , but when I was stationed in Pcola from 79-81 , he worked on my bikes , and sold my buddy a SuperGlide .. He owned an Indy shop at the time .. Mainly worked on British bikes .

Said Old Man Hero is still around ( was in 2010 anyways ) , I cleaned Mr Hero out of his Panhead parts when I was there ..

Heart of Dixie HD in Pelham Al ( south Birmingham ) is the same way , you get swarmed when you pull into the place

Your guy has just opened a BMW dealership in Pensacola, on W Street roughly behind his new Harley shop. Went there to look around. Small, clean, two or three very friendly guys. Another class act, if a small one at this time.

If you're wrong about the name, you're very close.

Being like a mechanic with only one screwdriver in his tool box, I'd like to have a second bike, but it wouldn't be another cruiser. I'm interested in the F series Beemers with some fire road capability.
