I'm down for the range. Not so much for the gun show. I work with the Greater Gulf State Fair so I see my fill of gun shows throughout the year.

I'd be interested in meeting someone at a range between Pensacola and Mobile -- I'm in P'cola, worse luck.

I haven't seen a date. Just dates for the Gun Show (today). It's WB's baby, make him pick a date!

Man I was hoping to do it tomorrow. 7-31-11, but theres a 60% chance of rain. Its hard to get a good group if its rainy.. I know jmunsey is ok with getting wet, but I don't know about everybody else. Turns out I can't control the weather like I thought I could. Suspect

I'm good to go with mother nature. I don't like spiders, but rain don't bother me to much.. Cool

Mother Nature and I are getting along pretty well these days. We have an understanding. I get on the bike and ride and Mother Nature makes sure I am wet before I get to where I want to go.

Unfortunately I will be heading out for work tomorrow evening.

If ya just get out in the rain more, you can cut back on showers at home and save on your water bill!

I feel officially jinxed now....Clear skies this morning so we head out....around this afternoon....head over to Big Daddy's....sittin by the Tiki car as the thunder and lightning starts up....Debi puts the top and windows in the Deuce Coupe.......then the rain starts.......I waited the worst of it out in the Tiki bar...forced to eat wings and drink Pina Colada's.......I suppose things could always be worse!

Do any of you gun nuts out there...and you know who you are...know anything about old antique rifles? I very recently inherited an old one. Has a barrel like a shotgun but it is a flintlock of some kind. Stamped Springfield 1853 on it. Looks like it may have been military as it has U.S. stamped in a couple of places with eagle logo.

Mmmm...would be hard to say. Springfield armory made hundreds of firearms for the civil war. Funny that a google does not bring much up for that number. I might suggest taking it to a civil war museum or display.
